Reviews for Rip Curl Men's A2247-YEL Cuba Fanning Yellow Polyurethane Watch (Watch) I just received this watch, having chosen it from the the Amazon description and photos. Pros: it's very cool looking, seems sturdy, feels great on the wrist, and has a secure & solid watchband. I'll try it under water right away, and report back any problems.
The Cons: the photo is not a completely accurate depiction of the watch. The numbers are not as pronounced in black as they appear in on the Amazon site. They're actually light silver, and sort of hard to read at a quick glance, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. The date numbers though, are impossible to read with the naked eye. Even with perfect vision, forget it; they're not visible. After unpacking the watch, I had to pull out a magnifying glass to set the date.
For the price and coolness factor, this was a good purchase.
